The company was formerly known as Grupo Embotelladoras Unidas, S.A. de C.V. and changed its name to Organización Cultiba, S.A.B. de C.V. in December 2012. Organización Cultiba, S.A.B. de C.V. was incorporated in 1978 and is headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.
